Zone Pro 1260 & ZC2 Connectivity issues.

Hi all,

I am having issues with my zone pro1260 and ZC2 staying connected.

Basically when I have the laptop plugged into the zone pro via ethernet, the ZC2 functions and performs
as you would expect.
I store the settings to the zone pro and then as soon as the laptop is disconnected from the ethernet port, the ZC2 stops functioning.

Any ideas?

    You may have tried this, but sometimes after being control by the laptop you have to cycle the ZC (turn the knob).
    Is this a new problem, or a new install? Make sure the mute is not activated.

    If that doesn't do it, call tech support. They are very helpful.

    Finally sorted it out.
    I had programmed the zone pro and then later added the zc.
    The zone pro didn't want to save the new info with the new zc added.
    I started from scratch with the programming now with the zc included and it's working fine.
