Crossover suggestions

I've had a dbx px sat on the shelf for a while and decided to dig it out as we are building up a spare system. We are pretty much where we want to be with the configuration however I feel the crossover settings are not ideal. We are playing around with them but wondered if anybody had any suggestions as we are finding it quite boxy sounding.
At the moment subs are set 40hz to 100hz tops are set at 120hz to 19khz
Our configuration of the mini line array is as follows:
Mid/Highs 450 watts RMS 16Ohm cabinets (four cabinets per side they are dual 6.5" drivers with a 1" compression horn.)
Frequency response 65hz to 19Khz
Powered by Matrix XT3000 = 1500 watt as RMS at 4Ohms
Subs 2400 watts RMS twin 18"
Frequency response 38hz to 150hz
Powered by matrix XT10000 = 5000 watts RMS at 4 ohms
