Hi,
Could anyone tell me what the difference between the 286a and 286s is?
I have an older 286a that was bought on ebay and I seem to be getting digital artefacts in the recording every now and again.
Im a voice over so all the recordings are supplied dry, and the production companies notice the slightest noise thats not supposed to be there.
Is this down to the compressor? is it worth me buying a new 286s?
