I just had a reply from hk audio would like an opinion

Hi Mark. OK, so our product manager says (well, he said it in German and we’ve translated, so hopefully this is understandable!):

“Using a different controller than producer recommended will not equal the exact results the acoustical filters were built for. So we can only really give some ‘rough advice’ on how to handle the crossover here:

With the PR:O 18, in order to not remove the passive crossover, with the Sub at 130Hz you can set a Butterworth 12dB/oct low-pass, and the top (at 130Hz) a Butterworth 24dB/oct high-pass.

Now, if you have an all-pass filter, you can push the phase a bit to take care of that: although of course this is highly dependent on the building/room/venue you’re in.

And in the bass at 100Hz you need to be narrowband in order to compensate for any ‘flabbiness’.

Hope that helps a bit! If it's not clear or the translation was not helpful, tell us and we can try again 😉

    Hi thanks for the suggestion
    I find 100 to low
I did try the settings hkaudio sent and found them to be better, with a lot smoother xover , all hk speakers are generally xover at 150
