DriveRack PA2 Problem

I have a DriveRack PA2 I purchased about 8 months ago. I have it running a pair of jbl's 715's and a pair of jbl 718xlf subs. It has been working great until the other day I turned it on and the DriveRack LED screen says no firmware detected USB ready. I have downloaded the software on my computer to update the firmware but it will not find the device. I have not hooked the DriveRack to a computer before this. Any suggestions on how I can get it up and running would be greatly appreciated.

    Call tech support. A hard reset might work.
