No Audio Input

Out of the blue my PA2 stopped receiving audio input. It's less than a year old purchased from Sweetwater. Nothing shows on the input meters anymore and I don't get any kind of sound out of the unit. Tried everything I knew. Any secret hard reset I can try before sending it in?
