Upgrade my DRIVERACK 481

Hi I want to upgrade my DRIVERACK 481. I downloaded from " http://dbxpro.com/en/products/481 " the DriveRack- Updater program , but it tells me to insert disk 1 and therefore can not be installed. Also I do not know where the firmware is . Thank you.
