drive rack pa2 problem when boot up

hi folks i have issue with one driverack pa2 when unit power on and limiter is disabled unit boot up and works normaly but when i enable limiter turn pa2 on unit boot up orange leds stays on and no sound , them i press recall and recall preset and everithing works fine even with limiter until turn off unit when power on again same problem any idea ????? and next thing i have 3 units and one have different blue color of the screen like o o

The limiter-boot-up problem is an odd one. You should call tech support.

The screen color is probably nothing, but would bother me if in the same rack. While you have tech support on the phone, ask about that as well.
