It looks like the 4 channel amp is not rated to 2 ohms. So you don't have enough amp channels to run stereo.
Mono would be this:
One 2x15 box on each channel for the 4 channel amp. 45hz BW18 - 160hz LR24 (lows)
Both 2x10 boxes on one channel of the 2 channel amp. 160hz LR24 - 2khz LR24 (mids)
Both horn boxes on one channel of the 2 channel amp. 2khz LR24 - out (highs)
Stereo would require a passive crossover to link the 10's to the horns, then use the 2 channel amp. 160hz LR24 - out (highs)
I would rather use the passive x-over set-up anyway. It would be much less trouble to tune and make sound good.
Since you are asking for help with the basic set up, then you probably don't have the skills to tune a 3-way active system. You may need x-over under or over lap, band gain offsets, etc.

many thanks for advice
Is this what you have?
4) 2x15" (lows)
2) 2x10" (mids)
2) 1" horn (highs)
1) 4 channel amp
1) 2 channel amp
Are the 10's and horns in separate boxes, or mounted as a "2x10 + horn" in one box?
