Please help on PA2 wizard set up

Hello all ,
I bought a PA2 on this thanksgiving and try to set up, I read lots off comment and watching YouTube to learn how to set up . But I'm unsuccessful. The issued I got when I ran set up wizard drive rack just detected the high input channel only , for the mid, and low drive rack didn't on i don't know why I have that problem? Anyone who know the issues please help me out.
My connection is
2 speaker and Qsc amp input to high channel
2 speaker and crown amp input to mid channel
And my sub input in to low channel.
After wizard confit I just got 2 high only. Mid and low channel the light is off. But when I hooked up and show all the channel had signal thru. Thank you for your help.

    What speakers and amps did you assign to those outputs in the wizard?

    wizard asked me input name of the speaker for high, my input was custom on speaker and Qsc rms850 for amp. That all they asking me to input , why they don't let me input for mid and low speaker? Thanks

    Have you read the manual? Check out page 54.

    Tip:
    In the Wizard, and asked to select your speakers. You will select "Not Listed", then "2-way", then select the subs. That gives you a 3-way set-up. Then proceed to the amp selection.

    I think you must have selected "passive" and no subs.
