Driverack PA2 Problems Booting stuck on Bluescreen

Hi, I have a driverack PA2 on startup it displays loading firmware V1.6 and then goes to a blue screen, I was able to do a factory reset by holding store down but then when it boots up again it displays loading firmwarre v1.6 and then there is just a bluescreen. I am unable to do anything else, any ideas?
