ZC-7 Issues

I configured my ZC-7 to route the mic to specific zone, but in the wizard when i get to the point that I let the ZC-7 control the page mic, it is not coming up as an option, it is like the software don't know that it was installed. so when i press the button to talk to a specific zone the mic still goes through all the zone. part of the zc7 works because if I take all the zone out of the option 5 where you dont press a button it goes to the zone selected, it works. if I deselect all the zones from the 5th option the mic doesn't work. can any one help?

    Make sure you are online with the ZonePro and it does not say Offline at the top of the program screen. If you Finish the wizard and do not see a "storing" progress bar, you are offline with the device.

    Also the DIP Switch needs to match what it has in the configuration
