Dbx 286s LED Issues.

Hi Everyone,
I bought a second hand unit of a Dbx286s, and the thing is that the Input meter LEDs doesn't light up until the Clip (So only the red one works) And also the Compressor meter seems to not works BUT it lights up when I switch the device on...

Does anyone knows how to fix this ? Is it possible to make it myself ?
