driverack 260 screen playing up

hi i have driverack 260 and the screen is playing up real bad cant read it to program how can i fix this please help

    Try a soft reset of the unit, hold Utility as you power the unit, if you can see the screen then it is a contrast issue more than likely. Try the soft reset. If it does not resolve it is possible your display is bad and the unit needs service.
