cannot update firmware help!

i have the driverack pa2, it connects to the app on my mac, then when i go to check for firmware update on my mac it keeps saying "network error", but everything is connected. i also tried on my iPad app but there it downloads the firmware but when it's ready to install it says connection lost!! please help. djmichaelangel@gmail.com

Currently you cannot update from the app, it's a known issue that we hope to have resolved. You can only update it from a Windows PC utilizing the firmware utility here:
