Autotune Wizard for Sub one side only?

Hi,

I typically run a single sub stack one side (2 x QSCKS212C) and my top boxes (QSC K12.2) either side of the stage.

My question is, will the autotune algorthms still calculate correctly with this configuration?

Most of my rooms/venues are very awkward, difficult dimensions, and single sub stacks generally tend to work better.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
