Driverack PA2 Will Not Find Router

I have tried 2 different routers, and both my IPhone and IPad. I am hooked up to the router correctly, but the control app will not find either of the 2 routers I have tried! WTF ?

    Can you verify that the PA2 is obtaining an IP Address from the router? Press Utility and then select System Info to see if it has an IP address?

    driverack pa2 displays ip adress but says no device on the app
