The Venue 360 app not displaying in full screen on iPad Pro
M1. It seems like HARMAN has abandoned development of its products and we rely on the app when doing system tunings.

We have not abandoned development and this issue has been identified and sent to our dev to fix. No ETA on this as of now.

We will have a new version of the app to fix the display issue with iOS 16.1 and up. It is in the priority queue for our software dev at the highest, there will be a new version released soon and I will announce it when it is.
The issue will be resolved and a new version of the app will be released ASAP
Perdón por insistir, pueden dar seriedad y una repuesta rápida a este gran problema? Hay muchos usurarios molestos ya que no podemos trabajar con esta herramienta hace mucho tiempo, en mi caso opero 16 equipos en escenarios y nos resulta súper difícil configurar de forma manual todos los equipos, la herramienta app es excelente pero no la podemos usar con varios modelos de iPad… necesitamos una solución urgente.. si es necesario enviar un mail a algún superior para reclamar esta falla por favor les agradezco que me lo envíen.. saludos
As I have said, the issue has been escalated for a fix to our software development. Emailing a superior is not necessary as our management and product dev team is already aware of the issue.
Please, the iOS app needs to be fixed, it's a disaster. It's very inconvenient not being able to use it when configuring a complex system.
It is really urgent that they give us a solution.
There will be a new version and they will have it fixed ASAP, as I have stated several times - when I have an update I will post it here. In the meantime I recommend workaround solutions - using the front panel, using an iPad with iOS 16 or older, Windows PC, Mac PC, Android device.
My Venu 360 app is totally unusable since Apple went to IOS 16. Not only will the app only partially display but I can’t move it, so I only see part of it. As this is pro equipment Harmon should be embarrassed for letting this go on for months, and nothing! Basically the device is useless at this point, shame on you! But I did like it while it lasted!
The device is not only configurable from iPad, plenty of other versions of the app to use as a workaround in the interim, OR the front panel itself, but if that is the deal breaker for a customer, not much can be said except to wait for the new version. All I can do is reiterate that there will be a new version to address the 16.1 iOS display issue. I have no ETA for when. When I get info, it will be imparted.
