Venu360 fan not spinning

I’ve noticed that the fan on my venu 360 is not spinning?

Is that normal?

    Yes, the fan will only come on when there is enough of an heating issue where it needs to. It is not on all the time by default. It actually takes a lot of heat for the fan to come on.
