Venue 360 no output after a while

I've been having issues with my venue 360. It stops sending output after a few minutes. The input shows signal but no audio is coming out while the outputs are unmuted

    This sounds like the old issue we released this tech bulletin about - review this document for the fix.

    Glad to hear it! Yeah every so often this issue pops up, a little less frequently now as we have resolved the issue at the manufacturing level.
