Venue360 app fails to run?

Installed venue360 app v2.0.5 on Windows 10 pro. When I click the icon to start...I just get a plain white window with just a title bar? Why won't this software run on Win10?? It runs fine on my android phone, so I know what the screen should look like! All I get on Win10 is a blank white window with a title bar?

    I believe I just received an email via tech support from you for this issue. Here was my reply:

    "There should be no issues running the Venu360 Control App software with Windows 10 (refer to screenshot, I am running it fine on my Windows 10 machine). I would make sure that you have all of the latest Windows updates, make sure your Microsoft .net Framework is up to date as well as your video card/display drivers etc."

    Also uninstall/reinstall the App from here after you have verified all of your updates -

    Everything is up to date, and I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times. Still just a blank white screen! I am using Win10 Pro, if that makes any difference?

    Also, tried running 2.0.5 on an iPad with v16 of the iOS...and part of the screen is missing? It appears to be stuck in portrait mode, even though the laptop is turned to landscape? Have you seen any issues with 2.0.5 and v16 of the iOS?? I would use my iPad, but the software appears to be broken there also?

    There is an issue with iOS 16.1 and the app with the display yes. We are going to be releasing a new version to fix that, I do not have an exact ETA for this fix

    The Windows app has been tested even on Windows 11 (I have tested it on desktop and my laptop personally) it is working fine and no one else has reported the issue with the app in Windows you are experiencing. Not sure what else it could be. Maybe try to check if it's a scaling issue with the display or try running it in a different compatibility mode.
