Dbx venu360 cuts the output to the speakers

Hi can someone help me. My Dbx venu360 cuts the output to the speakers after a certain amount of time, then i have to pull the plug and insert it again for it to operate again but only for a certain amount of time. What can be the problem?

Look into this fix for this issue - most of this has been resolved at the manufacturing level but there are still a few units that occasionally have this issue
