Hello all,
Recently acquired a unit that was hung on initialization at the last splash screenscreen. Went through the manual factory reset process. Post reset (Hold Store at power on, then then hit wizard button when prompted) the unit would not finish boot sequence. I then performed a USB firmware update (which did recognize it was at same version of 2.0.5). After power down and power on, the unit now boots to the final screen and is usable.
Has anyone seen this behavior in their device? Did it reoccur? I'll be bench testing this unit for some time before deploying in the field.

I have cycled the unit several times, left it run for days. So far so good. Pass audio fine. Rock n Roll!
