My dbx venu360 didn't work a few minutes of starting the event.

I'm so consterned about of this!. I did connections and it worked efectively until suddenly it starting to emmit a sharp sound across of my amplified speakers. I was checked the connection cables, and all ok, checked the venu I saw that their vumeter indicator was on red light, inmediately turn off the system and re-starting all, but the venu doesnt worked again, the inputs and outputs, vumeters doesn't light.
I uploaded the firmware again without success. I got a connection with the venu usb way, but doesn't response.
Somebody got this problem? I need how resolve this item, or repair it. I dont know!.....thanks a lot.
