DBX PA2 TH Low & Mid Lights off (channels not working) after update

Hello - I initially had an issue with the MID TH **(Threshold Ligh) and re-installed the firmware version using **DriveRack PA2 Firmware Updater thinking it was damaged. Now neither the MID TH nor the LOW TH lights are on in the front of the driverack, therefore these cannot be used. Additionally, when connecting via ETHERNET to use Driverack PA2 Application, it does not recognize it either, I tried with IP: 0.0.0.0 and it's not working.

Please HELP!! because at least the low channel was fine until the re-update. Dont know what to do and there are not too many resources on line to assist with this issue.
