WAITING FOR FLASH DOWNLOAD DRIVERACK PA PLUS NEED HELP

My Driverack pa+ stacked on waiting for flash download i've tried updating the firmware and always failed i did try hard reset but the button are not responding i will appreciate if someone will help methanks in advance.
