PA2 Error when loading presents from the PC

When i recently bought my PA2 in 2018 i was able to download any preset i got from my speaker supplier in this case
SYNQ PRO AUDIO.(https://synq-audio.com/sc-15) under Manual and Downloads.

Recently i updated the the PA2 firmware to version 1.20 and software to version 1.14 when i try to upload the preset i
always Error downloading (Preset name)

May you please advise how to solve this error.
