Unable to upgrade driverack PA2, error: No space left on device serial #

I just bought a brand new DriveRack Pa2 and just after turning it on I got an error message in the display that says "No firmware found USB Ready".
After trying the default factory reset procedure and trying to update the firmware I get the following message in the PA2 display "Image loading please wait" and in the PA2ManufacturingUpdater at the computer I get a pop up screen with a message that says "Failed to send update file"and looking at the logging windows at the bottom I see a line that says "No space left on device serial #" and "Failed to write".

Can someone help me with this issue?
