PA2 not power up now

Newbie question -hooked up my router, connected it to the PA2 , got an IP address. Had down loaded the control app to my IPAD Air. Was working on familiarizing myself with the various settings uding the IPAD when the PA2 powered down and will not power up now. Tried hard reset and a soft reset and will still not power up. Has anyone had a problem like this? Is this a problem with this unit ( it is brand new) or could it be something I mistakenly did with the control app?
