Password on Driverack 260

Hi all,

I'm locked out of my 260 by a password. Security settings are on high level except for mute buttons. Is there a way of exporting my user settings without the need for a password so that I can perform a hard reset?

    "The Soft Reset resets all operating parameters except user programs. The Hard Reset Procedure will reset all programmable
    information back to the factory defaults."

    Not sure if passwords are part of "user programs", but definitely try the soft reset first.
