front panel update required...???

hello,
our dbx pa 2 is showing us on the display front panel update required...
i have email dbx about it and they told us to send it up for them,
but is there anyway we can resolved this ? :|

    I would do as they say. This is just a user forum. Though I am surprised that the update can't be done online.
