good morning :(:cry: . My DriveRack PA plus not working....


the screen says: WAITING FOR FLASH DOWNLOAD

no flash In DBXPRO.COM

dbx does not seem to work in this :evil: :twisted: :evil: :twisted:

HELP WITH FLASH :cry:

    There is no flash available... there won't be for some time since the + is a new product...the flash is just for updating the equipment list...

    You need to try a soft reset as detailed in your manual...

    if that doesn't solve the problem try a hard reset NOTE ***this action will DELETE all user modified/created programs... so write down all your settings before you do...

    Other than that call tech support...

    2) What procedure are you using to do the resets? (Please don't say... "The one in the manual.")

    So you held the store button down when you powered the unit up? Did the display change at all?
