Re: Hi guys. Can I still get x edit for Mac for my rp1000?
Yes, on digitech.com you can go to the discontinued products section and go to the RP1000 page, scroll down to where it says Manuals and Downloads and it is there

Hi
I now see that when playback goes slow the Audiolastic LED does come on. It shouldn't do that because the original recordings and subsequent play backs are kept at the 12.00 position, and there's no light normally.
Does this mean the Tempo Encoder needs repair/replacement, and if so do you know the usual cost for this? Thanks
That is correct indeed. The pedal in the US carries a 1 year warranty that covers service and parts, so you can send it in to have it repaired or get the part and repair it yourself, up to you. Outside of the one year warranty there is a service fee involved if you send it in to fix, or you can buy the part and fix yourself.
I am not sure of the exact pricing but the encoder itself is not much compared out of warranty service fee. I can't give an exact quote on pricing for the part but you can email [email protected]
Part info - 5010827 - RES,RTRY,100k-B,D-SHFT,9x16.5mm,VERT,TH
Outside of the US you will need to contact your regional distributor for parts and service.
Re: Trio Plus connections
When you have both connections connected simultaneously the Trio+ knows that the Drum/Bass track will go through the Mixer out only and the Guitar through the Amp Out.
Try to reinitialize the Trio+ to see if it clears the issue?
Press and hold the Guitar FX and Alt Time buttons at the same time, and apply power.
Hold the Guitar FX and Alt time buttons until the Style LEDs finish cycling all green,
then release the buttons and repower the unit.

Re: Does the GSP 7 have a battery? If so, how do I go about replacing it?

Oops, one more question: do you know if the GSP 7 should remember which patch was selected when it starts up? What kind of memory does it have? Thanks again!
I am not sure if that it will go to the last selected patch no, but a lot of those old Digitech primitive units probably were not that sophisticated to use "last known" type functionality. I'm sure it is a flash memory of some sort.
Re: Does the GSP 7 have a battery? If so, how do I go about replacing it?
Hey! That's an old one! LOL. I looked through our service documents and board diagram, I do not see a lithium ion battery on this unit. I would imagine it's another fault with the device perhaps.
