JamManager XT errors on startup

I am running Win10 with all the latest MS updates and JamManager v.2.3.5. I ave been using the software for years with no problems until recently. When I try to start JamManager I get the initial startup splash screen with an error behind it and that's it. I can only see about 3/8" of the right edge of the error box, enough to know that's what it is and the JamManager splash screen is in the foreground of everything and will not move. The only way to proceed is to open Task Manager and kill the process. I hav tried uninstalling the software and reinstalling it and get the same result.

    Okay, in working with it today, I found after I get the error if I press the ESC key, it allows me to get into JamManger XT, but I have never had to do this in the past.
