Is it still possible to send in a GNX4 for repair?
There seems to be some out-of-date info on the Harmon tech support web site (eg, the link to US DigiTech support is broken). I have GNX4 that worked fine when I put it in storage ~3 years ago, but when I took it out today it will not power on. I've seen references to a flat-fee out-of-warranty repair service. Is that still a thing that Harmon/DigiTech will do for older products like the GNX4?
