Digitech RP-21d

Hello Everyone
I am in need of a hard reset on my rp21d.
I am unclear on the "waiting for data" when I tried the Updater for RPV_1100.A01.
I can't get it to do anything what so ever. Just says Waiting For Data.

Thanks Everyone

No Editing of Posts I guess?

But the Pin Out on the S-Disk II would be just as helpful.
There is no related information I can find any where online.
But still looking as I am digging very deep in the early 2000's

Power up holding #1, let go, then press program.

    Hmmmm
    Nothing.

Tied holding down the number 1 button (1 from the 4 buttons on the right of program button)
And tired holding down the number 1 foot switch button, both followed by the program key.

    So I unplugged the RP-21D.
Held down the number 1 button, then powered up, then pushed the program key. Nothing happen.
Did the same thing with the number 1 foot switch on the bottom left, still nothing.

The screen still says "Waiting for data".

    I have a RP-20 I ordered as well as a backup / replacement.
I will have the RP-20 in a few days.

Thank You for even trying to help me.
Really means so much to me.
I love these pedals a lot.

I'll keep looking for more information for you. Sounds like it is something that might need service. Also sign up over at thegearpage.net and start a thread. Lot of knowledgeable guys there, and even ones who worked on old Digitech gear

    Thank You very much.
I am in Bellevue Washing, the heart

I will ask my buddy if he can help much.

I could use any and all the S-Disk II information.
I am back on my S-Disk II quest. Rack or floor units.

I am on now at the gearpage.
I will get my profile in order soon.
