Is the software for the Jammanager xt going to be fixed?
I wrote Digitech support on this issue, and got this anwer from Eric Elde
"We found the issue, if you go to the Settings and disable check for firmware on startup it will no longer crash: There is not likely to be a firmware update so for now it’s a viable workaround until they fix the software"
And it works
( to access settings, start Jammanager with device disconnected)
I have the same problems. After years of use, I can start the manager, but it does not work from yesterday. Windows 10, all updates, reinstallation, all to no avail.
2. Is there a way to copy the WAV directly to the file system? (.. \ JamManSoloXT \ Patch01 \ PhraseA \ phrase.wav) The first try only to exchange of a WAV was not successful.
I wrote directly to support and this is wat they replied:
"It appears we’ve had other people call in about this today. I’m not sure how the problem arose, but it is a known issue and we have escalated it to our engineering team."
will contact back once issue is solved
I have the same problem. It doesn't help on my Win10 64bit machine to disable "check for Firmware Updates". My device is Jamma Stereo.
I just played with the preferences and switched Edit->Preferences->DeviceSynchronization to "on". Then plugged my device in another USB Port. Suddenly it can connect. Not sure why...
