EQ for PRX800

I have a new PRX812W and WI-Fi direct to speaker. The volume slider works but setting the EQ has no effect. What am I missing here?

    Butch. I'm going to link you to a video that does cover how to use the PRX Connect app, hopefully that will be helpful. Are you engaging one of the 8 eq bands before moving the fader? You need to make sure that a band is engaged before the EQ parameter adjustment will have a effect. Hope this helps!
