PRX amplification

The PRX812 has a two channel amplifier 2x750. When using as a floor monitor with a single input into channel one, does the amp receive input to both sides of the amp? Do I need to parallel the input to get maximum power output. Also, I am using the Drive Rack Venue 360 speaker management system. There are no presets for the PRX 800 line. I refreshed the software for new releases and the PRX line is not available. Is there a release coming for the Drive Rack for the PRX 800 line of products?
