Looking for monitor recommendations

I use a JBL ONE portable system. I am somewhat hearing impaired and want to find an in-ear monitor for live performances. Do any other JBL ONE users use an in-ear monitor they would recommend? Would greatly appreciate a recommendation. Thank you!
