PRX735 - No sound

in JBL Pro Live Portable Products

I have a PRX735 with no sound output. The back panel appears in order with the green signal LED flickering with a signal. The Blue LED on the front is on but there is no sound. Any suggestions please. Thanks

    Hi rayc.
    several options are possible. Perhaps the speakers are broken.
    or the cable has moved away from the inside of the amplifier to the speakers.
    In any case, I advise you to take to a good service center

    damage is on the input usually ic 33078
    I can't explain exactly. because it can be different.
    you can also ask for help at your local service center.
