Low Volume eon12

I recently purchased 2 JBL eon12s speakers. I plugged both in upon receiving them and one was more quiet than the other. I factory reset them, but the same problem persisted. I'm running it through a Mackie profx12v3. Anything I can do to troubleshoot? I've tried both inputs on mixer and a good cord... The other one works.

Have a similar problem with aeon one pro. Runs about 1/10 volume, what’s going on. All inputs work but quiet.
