JBL 500BT right side not working

Hello new to the forum hopeful to find a solution
I recently purchased a pair of JBL 500BT headphones. After charging them for the 3rd or 4th time the right side stopped working and no matter what i try, it will not come back to life
I ve tried unpairing and repairing to multiple devices to no avail, factory resetting and recharging but nothing seemed to work
Is is a hardware problem? Any tips are more than welcome
