Broken JBL Boombox

Now I have a problem with it. When I press the on / off button it does not turn on. Although it is not flat. Only when I put it in the charger does it switch on automatically without touching. And when I unplug it, it goes out again without touching. Yet my box does not have all the balls flat. I haven't done anything weird with my box and I haven't dropped it. Hopefully you help me with this.
