EON 610 Sync / Boot led problem.

Hi guys! I have a problem with one of my two EON 610 speakers. When I turn on the speaker the Sync / Boot led is always flashing. I already try to push the buttom and the factory reset and the led still flashes. I have audio but I can’t sync my speaker and I can’t use the presets controls. I hope you can help me. Thanks.

    Hey, and i can't connect my Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G with the speaker for control the settings and i can't use the presets, too. My Firmware is 1.21. On my old phone Galaxy S7 works without any problems. I hope you can help me, too. thanks
