When pairing two eon one pro pa's - can the unused channels of the eon one pro slave be used?

Just ordered my second eon one pro. Hoping to pair with my first and have all channels available for input except for channel 3 of the slave. Also hoping all input channels of both PAs will output to both PA's speaker sets. Thanks for any confirmations or corrections.
