Eon one pro and wireless Microphone volume issues

I recently got a Jbl eon one pro. This weekend I hooked a wireless Microphone to it but barely got any sound with the mic, line and main volume turned all the way up. I tried it with and without the mic button and phantom power on. Any suggestions or thoughts on why?
