JBL Control 60 series - Retail store project

Greetings.
I am installing a sound system for a retail store (20ft high) and I am using both JBL pendant 60PS/T subwoofers and 65P/T full range speakers. The JBL Distributed System Design already gave me the quantity and placement for the speakers (6 x 3 layout for a 120ft x 60ft room).
My question however is how do I decide where to put the subs in such a layout ? I have found many great sites about the subs, but not much on how to place the subs and an array of speakers.

Any help would be appreciated
