I can’t seem to get anything out this unit. It says I am connected via Bluetooth but it does not seem to function. I have tried playing Spotify, hooked up a microphone and an acoustic guitar through a DI box and I get no sound at all. I tried using the app and I tried using the controls on the actual mixer. No luck. I have used units similar to this for a while now and never had any problems like this. Anyone have any ideas?

    Make sure App is working on Bluetooth. All channels are shipped at -100 or mute from factory. A lot of people have this issue. Call JBL tech support, they are helpful.

    You have to turn up the volumes way higher than is logical. I’m not sure why they wasted half the volume control on silence, but that seems to be the case.

    It sounds like you're experiencing a frustrating issue with your unit despite being connected via Bluetooth. To troubleshoot, first, ensure all cables are securely connected and there are no loose connections. Verify that the volume levels on both the unit and your connected devices are turned up and not muted. Make sure the correct input is selected on the mixer for each device, whether it’s Bluetooth, microphone, file manager or guitar via a DI box. Additionally, check if there’s a firmware update available for your unit and apply it if necessary. As a last resort, try resetting the unit to its factory settings. If none of these steps resolve the issue, consulting the user manual or contacting the manufacturer's support might be necessary for further assistance.
