I am still having a problem with my SRX 835p amps. I tried hooking up them to my computer with an ethernet cable the one amp still keeps doing the same thing does not power up completely it just lights up on the screen with the JBL emblem and then it shuts down then it keeps repeating. The other amp did something different when I hooked it up to the computer the fan started running in the amp and the JBL emblem on the screen stayed on.I'm thinking maybe both of the amps had crashed and may have to be reprogrammed is this possible?
